·      Input and maintain Royalty-In-Kind automated systems with oil nomination volumes by retrieving daily production data from Excel spreadsheets at the Facility Measurement Point level, converting to monthly format, and transferring to Nucleus accounting system by transportation route designation as well as into custom software production imbalance modules.

·      Verify proper production allocation from FMP to lease level within the automated systems by analyzing run tickets, pipeline statements, or other source data.

·      Verify correct bid pricing descriptions among various sales and system documents, using Wyoming, California and Gulf posted prices, Koch’s WTI, Platt’s spot prices, NYMEX, and complex conversion calculations and pricing formulas.

·      Provide support to colleague involving payment invoices and various accounting/auditing functions for proper reporting and account reconciliation.

·      Answer calls to clients to provide information requested and/or to collect critical information; retrieve monthly status reports to submit to management for review.
